Stoneybrook Villas – Final Plat and Development Agreement
City Council approved the Stoneybrook Villas final plat for 38 lots of record, 6 outlots, and 2 common HOA lots.
City Council approved the Stoneybrook Villas development agreement with Stoneybrook Villas Development, LLC.

Sale of Surplus Equipment
City Council authorized the sale of a Bullard Thermal Imager per city policy regarding the disposition of surplus equipment.

HERO Center Bid Awards
City Council approved the Guaranteed Maximum Price Contract with RJM Construction in the value of $17,457,737.
City Council rejected all bids related to 11A -Fire Range System due to improper completion of the bid form by all subcontractors. A new bid date is established for October 25, 2018.

Ravine Parkway
City Council authorized the City to make payment to the appropriate state agencies, grant committees and commissions, or any other relevant parties in the amount of $51,910 for removal of a portion of South Washington Watershed District property from the DNR Conservation Easement and $1,420 for the temporary easement; and authorized City representatives to execute any necessary documents.
City Council approved and executed the Quit Claim Deed for 1.46 acres of land to the South Washington Watershed District.
City Council approved Change Order #1 for the Ravine Parkway Project in the amount of a $335,000 deduction.
