    Mailboxes and other structures within the road right-of-way are subject to damage during snow removal procedures. Only those properties which are installed properly and allowed on right-of-way by city ordinance and damaged by physical contact with city equipment will be CONSIDERED for repair or replacement at city expense. Damage to shrubbery, irrigation heads and other landscaping will not be considered for compensation. See ordinance #7-6-6:D of-way.
