Council approved the plans and specifications and established a May 3, 2018 bid date for the 2018 Trail Improvement Project.

Relocation of Solar Panels from Former City Hall Building
Council authorized the first amendment to the solar photovoltaic system power purchase agreement with WGL Energy Systems, Inc. moving the solar panels from the former City Hall building to the new Central Fire Station building.

Central Fire Station Change Orders No. 4 and 5
Council approved change orders for a total addition of $30,260.85 to the Central Fire Station project costs. Change Order No. 4 for an addition of $19,719.00 to for the snow melt system at the north side of the apparatus bay. Change Order No. 5 for an addition of $10,541.85 for the installation of the inlay ceiling in the fitness room.

Council approved Change Order No. 1 in the value of $3,652.76 addition to the Well 12 project.

Eastbrooke Final Plat
Council approved the final plat for a single family residential subdivision to be known as Eastbrooke, which will include the phased platting of 126 lots for detached single-family homes and 10 outlots on four parcels of land totaling 67.78 gross acres of land.

Council approved the Development Agreement for Eastbrooke.

Council approved the Assessment Appeal Waiver Agreement.
